Qualification title change

The CIEH Level 2 Award in the Principles of COSHH qualification replaces the CIEH Principles of COSHH Certificate. The training programme remains the same, although we have produced a detailed, updated syllabus and a How to deliver document.

The principal change is that, we now issue a 30-multiple-choice-question examination papers that are scan marked. Candidates are allowed one hour to complete the exam. The switch to scan marking should make this qualification easier to deliver and reflects the CIEHs commitment to robust and transparent assessment methods.

The qualification will prepare employees to contribute to the safer use of hazardous substances in their workplaces.
