Course Overview

The CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks Training Course provides essential skills and knowledge to manage roadworks safely and effectively. This course focuses on legal frameworks, risk assessments, signage requirements, traffic management systems, and emergency procedures to ensure a safe working environment at roadworks.

 

Through a mix of classroom-based theory and practical discussion, participants will develop the confidence to plan, organize, and manage roadworks in compliance with current legislation and best practices.

Training Requirements

To participate in the CSCS Health and Safety at Roadworks Course, candidates must have:

  • A valid, in-date Safe Pass Card, CSR, or English CSCS Card
  • PPS Number (or NIN if applicable)
  • One passport-sized photograph
