KTC Terms & Conditions

By booking a training course you are agreeing to accept the Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Course Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to change or cancel their booking the below table will apply.

Clients must contact KTC direct on [057-8646619] to make changes or cancellation

Please note: To insure proper credit to your account, when cancelling a course, you will be issued a Cancellation Number. Please make sure to keep this number in a safe place. It is the ONLY proof the cancellation was done on a timely basis and in accordance with the above policy. If you cannot produce a Cancellation Number, you WILL be required to pay the full tuition. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Less than 48 hours prior to the course commencement.

Clients who register for a course by phone or invoice but do not pay and do not attend the course on the day, will be billed by the KTC for the total amount of the course.

No changes to course bookings will be allowed LESS than 2 working days [48 hours] PRIOR to the commencement of the course. No refund or reimbursement will be made for any cancellation or change to course booking.

Failure to attend (no show)

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled training session, without advising KTC by phone, [057-8646619] a minimum of 2 working days [48 hours] before the commencement of the course, will receive NO reimbursement or discount on future courses.

KTC cancels/changes course

Under no circumstance will the KTC be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused as a result of any cancellation or change of venue or date.
In the event the KTC need to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date of a course, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any clients registered for the course as soon as possible.

Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time.

Should KTC need to cancel a course, all registered clients will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receiving a full refund.


No certification will be issued until full payment is received.
All certification will be issued directly to the participant that attends the course to the address they provide on the day of the course this will include certificates and cards – if applicable. We cannot accept requests that certification is sent to any other third party (e.g company, financier of the course etc). If the participant gives their consent for the certification to be sent to a third party they must fill out the third party details on the application form and not include their personal address.
